He enjoys figuring out how things work, and when he is not in the office, he likes trying to fix things around the house and in the garage. If he’s not there, you might find him watching a soccer match, exploring the limits of high-speed driving on a track, or finding a new recipe for family dinner. Fischlowitz Sharon loves books, all sorts of books. She insists on keeping the 1976 Bicentennial edition of the World Book Encyclopedia because it’s a snapshot of that time (with a paragraph about Governor Jimmy Carter). She has a few copies of The Lombard Laws, translated by Katherine Fischer Drew, because she likes to make it easy for others to “get to know” these early legal texts. She is currently enjoying the Sister Fidelma mystery series by Peter Tremayne. She also loves live theater, hiking, and Cameron’s cooking. Sharon earned her undergraduate degree in comparative arts from Washington University and her law degree from William Mitchell College of Law, now Mitchell Hamline School of Law.
